+Exclusive OR [[logicgates#xor|Logic Gate]]
+An XOR (exclusive OR) gate is a logic gate which produces a high state only if there is an odd number of high inputs. It is similar to an OR gate except an OR gate will additionally give a high output if the inputs are all high.
+For a two input XOR gate, if both inputs are different the output will be high. If both inputs are the same, the output it low.
+An XOR gate can have more than two inputs and the odd number of of high inputs rule still applies.
